DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in Mahara, which can be exploited
by malicious users to conduct script insertion attacks.
Input passed to unspecified parameters in form posts is not properly
sanitised before being used. This can be exploited to insert
arbitrary HTML and script code, which will be executed in a user's
browser session in the context of an affected site when the malicious
post is viewed.
This vulnerability is reported in versions prior to 1.0.9.
SOLUTION:
Update to version 1.0.9.
