DESCRIPTION:
Pepelux has discovered a vulnerability in Libra File Manager (Libra
PHP File Manager), which can be exploited by malicious people to
bypass certain security restrictions.

A vulnerability is caused due to improper access restriction in
fileadmin.php. This can be exploited to list the contents of
arbitrary directories or disclose the contents of arbitrary files, by
setting the "isadmin" parameter.

The vulnerability is confirmed in version 1.18. Other versions may
also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Edit the source code to implement proper access restriction.
