DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in mod_auth_kerb module for Apache,
which can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of
Service).
The vulnerability is caused due to an off-by-one error within the
"der_get_oid()" function in spnegokrb5/der_get.c. This can be
exploited to cause a one-byte heap based buffer overflow by sending
specially crafted Kerberos messages.
SOLUTION:
Restrict access to trusted people only.
