DESCRIPTION:
luny has reported a vulnerability in tinyMuw, which can be exploited
by malicious users to conduct script insertion attacks.
Input passed to the "comment" form field parameter when posting a
quickchat message is not properly sanitised before being returned to
the user. This can be exploited to insert arbitrary HTML and script
code, which will be executed in a user's browser session in context
of an affected site when malicious entry is viewed.
The vulnerability has been reported in version 0.1.0. Other versions
may also be affected.
SOLUTION:
The vulnerability has been fixed in an updated version 0.1.0.
