A potential vulnerability has been identified in the HP-UX ARPA
Transport which could be exploited by a local user to create a
Denial of Service (DoS).

SUPPORTED SOFTWARE VERSIONS*: ONLY impacted versions are listed.
HP-UX B.11.00, B.11.04, B.11.11.
