 Problem Description:

 Updated otrs package fixes security vulnerability:
 
 An attacker with valid OTRS credentials could access and manipulate
 ticket data of other users via the GenericInterface, if a ticket
 webservice is configured and not additionally secured (CVE-2014-9324).
