DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in Asterisk, which can be exploited
by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).
The vulnerability is caused due to an error within the handling of
encrypted streams when negotiating a SRTP video stream and can be
exploited to cause a crash.
Successful exploitation requires that video support is not been
enabled and the res_srtp module is loaded.
The vulnerability is reported in versions prior to 10.0.1 and 1.8.8.2
SOLUTION:
Update to version 10.0.1 or 1.8.8.2.
