Changes: New stable release - The netcam code uses tmpfiles instead of pipes. MPEG files are opened with append to prevent overwriting time lapse videos.

Changes: This release is fully threaded, enabling capture of multiple inputs from the same video device and capturing from multiple devices (plus various combinations). Added PostgreSQL support. Now capable of using ffmpeg to make real-time MPEG movies. There is a new time lapse option and various other enhancements.

Changes: Updates to documentation, config files, and man page, a fix for a memory leak when using Axis cameras, a SIGHUP handler for reloading config files, a new realconfig option for starting multiple motion processes or loading alternative config files, low_cpu is lower on CPU, a fix to MPEG creation for old layout, moving MPEG movies into year/month/day dir, and removal of empty directories when doing jpg_cleanup.
