DESCRIPTION:
Some vulnerabilities have been reported in IBM Informix Dynamic
Server, which can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a

to cause buffer overflows via specially crafted RPC packets sent to

exploited to cause a stack-based buffer overflow via a specially
crafted RPC packet sent to to TCP port 36890.

Successful exploitation of the vulnerabilities allows execution of
arbitrary code.

The vulnerabilities are reported in versions prior to IDS 10.00.TC9
and IDS 11.10.TC3.
