DESCRIPTION:
A security issue has been reported in Ingres, which potentially can
be exploited by malicious users to bypass certain security
restrictions.
The problem is that it is possible to connect to Ingres with the
credentials of another user by connecting after the first user.
The security issue affects versions 2.5. and 2.6 on Windows.
