DESCRIPTION:
IBM has acknowledged a vulnerability in IBM Rational ClearCase, which
can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of
Service).
The vulnerability is caused due to a bundled vulnerable version of
OpenSSL.

The vulnerability is reported in versions prior to 8.0.0.5 and
7.1.2.9.
SOLUTION:
Update to version 8.0.0.5 or 7.1.2.9.
