DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in Microsoft Windows, which can be
exploited by malicious, local users to gain escalated privileges.
The vulnerability is caused due to a memory allocation error in the
Client/Server Runtime Subsystem (CSRSS) when handling certain user
transactions. This can be exploited to corrupt memory and execute
arbitrary code with escalated privileges.
Successful exploitation requires that the system locale is set to
Chinese, Japanese, or Korean.
SOLUTION:
