The iPhone and iPod touch title challenges players to become computer hackers, go against a network of computers, use viruses or bounce connections through hacked servers and, of course, avoid getting caught.

The Mac OS X version of the game, Hacker Evolution: Untold, released earlier this year, puts players in the shoes of a hacking genius in an attempt to change the future of mankind. The official report announcing Hacker Evolution: Untold revealed that the concept behind this unique title was to create a game that challenged the players' intelligence, attention and focus, in order to deliver a captivating experience. According to exosyphen, gamers are faced with intricate puzzles, while having to examine code and bits of information, to achieve objectives.
Hacker Evolution: Untold costs $24.95 and requires any Mac running at least Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger). The demo includes three full levels. Custom game mods, skins and other content are not allowed in demo mode.
