This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected site. 2) Input passed via the "page_admin" parameter to e.g. admin/index.php or admin/popup_image.php is not properly verified in includes/application_top.php before being used to include files. This can be exploited to include arbitrary files from local resources via directory traversal attacks and URL-encoded NULL bytes. Successful exploitation requires that "magic_quotes_gpc" is disabled. The vulnerabilities are confirmed in version 2.1.0 RC12. Other versions may also be affected. SOLUTION: Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly sanitised and verified.
