The vulnerabilities are confirmed in version 4.0.1.758 bundling ePapyrusReader.ocx version 1.6.2.1874. Most of the vulnerabilities are also confirmed in version 4.5.2.1321 bundling ePapyrusReader.ocx version 1.6.2.2612. Other versions may also be affected. SOLUTION: Set the kill-bit for the affected ActiveX control and do not open untrusted PDF files. PROVIDED AND/OR DISCOVERED BY: Parvez Anwar via Secunia.
