VULNERABILITY DESCRIPTION The UltraEdit Text Editor application passes an insufficiently qualified path in loading its external library - "dwmapi.dll" when a user opens its associated file with extensions - bin, cpp, css, c, dat, hpp, html, h, ini, java, log, mak, php, prj, txt, xml . 4.
