DESCRIPTION:
Will Dormann has reported a vulnerability in Oracle Siebel Option
Pack for IE, which can be exploited by malicious people to compromise
a user's system.

The vulnerability is caused due to memory used by the "NewBusObj()"
method not being properly initialised and can be exploited via a
specially crafted web page.

Successful exploitation may allow execution of arbitrary code.

SOLUTION:
Set the kill-bit for the affected ActiveX control.
