DESCRIPTION:
Luigi Auriemma has reported a vulnerability in Darkest Hour: Europe
'44-'45, which can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS
(Denial of Service).

The vulnerability is caused due to an error when processing the
"STEAMCLIENTBLOB" command.
