Note: This may only affect platforms where "vsnprintf()" crashes when handling NULL pointers. 4) An infinite loop exists within the SigComp Universal Decompressor Virtual Machine. 5) An off-by-one error exists within the SigComp Universal Decompressor Virtual Machine.
