The vulnerability is caused due to a boundary error when importing SyncBack profiles. This can be exploited to cause a stack-based buffer overflow when a user opens a specially crafted .sps file. Successful exploitation allows execution of arbitrary code. The vulnerability is confirmed in version 3.2.20. Prior versions may also be affected. SOLUTION: Update to version 3.2.21.
