Input passed via the "username" and "password" parameters to system_member_login.php is not properly sanitised before being used in a SQL query. This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code. Successful exploitation allows bypassing the authentication mechanism. SOLUTION: Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly sanitised.
