DESCRIPTION:
www has discovered a vulnerability in 360 Security Guard, which can
be exploited by malicious, local users to gain escalated privileges.

The vulnerability is caused due to the bregdrv.sys driver allowing
unrestricted access to its registry manipulation functionality. This
can be exploited to modify arbitrary registry keys via IOCTLs issued
by calling several bregdll.dll functions (e.g. "BRegSetValueEx()").

The vulnerability is confirmed in version 6.1.5.1009. Other versions
may also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Restrict local access to trusted users only.
