DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in Condor, which can be exploited
by malicious users to bypass certain security restrictions.

The vulnerability is caused due to an unspecified error when managing
submitted jobs. This can be exploited to queue a job as a different
user and potentially execute arbitrary programs with the privileges
of a different non-root account.

The vulnerability is reported in versions prior to 7.4.1.

SOLUTION:
Update to version 7.4.1.
