DESCRIPTION:
Some vulnerabilities have been reported in ActivePerl, which can be
exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service) or
to potentially compromise an application using the affected modules.

The vulnerabilities are caused due to off-by-one errors within the
"Compress::Raw::Zlib" and "Compress::Raw::Bzip2" modules.
