Flatchat "with" Local File Inclusion Vulnerability

DESCRIPTION:
SirGod has discovered a vulnerability in Flatchat, which can be
exploited by malicious people to disclose sensitive information.

Input passed to the "with" parameter in pmscript.php is not properly
verified before being used to includes files. This can be exploited
to include arbitrary files from local resources via directory
traversal attacks and URL-encoded NULL-bytes.

Successful exploitation with arbitrary file extensions requires that
"magic_quotes_gpc" is disabled.

The vulnerability is confirmed in version 3.0. Other versions may
also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly verified.
