Input passed to the "start" parameter in index.php is not properly sanitised before being used in SQL queries. This can be exploited to modify SQL queries to a certain extend by injecting SQL code. This can also be exploited to conduct cross-site scripting attacks via SQL error messages. The vulnerability is confirmed in version 1.4. Other versions may also be affected.
