Input passed to the "cat" parameter in index.php (when "mod" is set to "products") is not properly sanitised before being used in an SQL query. This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code. This vulnerability is reported in version 4.0. Other versions may also be affected.
