Input passed to the "info_hash" parameter in scrape.php is not properly sanitised before being used in SQL queries. This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code. Successful exploitation allows e.g. retrieval of administrator usernames and password hashes. Successful exploitation in xbtit requires knowledge of the database table prefix. This is related to: SA30480 The vulnerability is confirmed in BtitTracker version 1.4.7 and xbtit version 2.0.542. Other versions may also be affected. SOLUTION: Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly sanitised.
