This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected site. 2) The vulnerability is caused due to the application normalising the target path before removing the query string when using a "RequestDispatcher". This can be exploited to access normally restricted files via e.g. directory traversal attacks. The vulnerabilities are reported in the following versions: * 4.1.0 through 4.1.37 * 5.5.0 through 5.5.26 SOLUTION: Fixed in the SVN repository.
