Input passed to the "cid" parameter in contact.php and "nid" in news.php is not properly sanitised before being used in SQL queries. This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code. Successful exploitation allows e.g. retrieving usernames and passwords. The vulnerabilities are reported in version 3.00.02. Other versions may also be affected. SOLUTION: A fixed version reportedly exists. Contact the vendor for details.
