DESCRIPTION:
A security issue has been discovered in Nik Sharpener Pro, which
potentially can be exploited by malicious, local users to gain
escalated privileges.

The problem is caused due to insecure default permissions being set
for installed plugins. This can potentially be exploited to gain
escalated privileges by replacing existing plugins with malicious
files.

The security issue is confirmed in Nik Sharpener Pro 2.0 Inkjet for
Windows. Other versions may also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Restrict local access to trusted users only.
