The vulnerability is caused due to an error within the Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA) service when filtering scripts in e-mail messages. This can be exploited to insert arbitrary HTML and script code, which is executed in a user's browser session in context of an affected site when a malicious e-mail message is viewed.
