DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in ClearQuest, which can be
exploited by malicious users to conduct cross-site scripting
attacks.

Input passed to certain parameters in the Web client isn't properly
sanitised before being returned to the user in XML Style Sheets. This
can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's
browser session in context of an affected site.

The vulnerability has been reported in the following versions, and
affects both Java and ASP-based Web clients.
* 2002.05.00, 2002.05.20
* 2003.06.00, 2003.06.10, 2003.06.12, 2003.06.13, 2003.06.14,
2003.06.15

SOLUTION:
Update to version 2003.06.15 Service Release 5 (SR5).
