Input passed via the "HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR" HTTP header is not properly sanitised before being logged. This can be exploited to inject arbitrary HTML and script code, which will be executed in an administrator's browser session in context of an affected site when the malicious user data is viewed. Successful exploitation requires access to the comments module. The vulnerability has been reported in version 1.3.x. Other versions may also be affected. SOLUTION: Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly sanitised.
