JCE 1.2 replaces JCE 1.1, which never went beyond early access. JCE 1.2 supplements JDK 1.2, and requires that you have JDK 1.2 installed. JCE 1.2 is provided as a 100% Pure Java implementation. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Understanding The Export Issues ----------------------------------------------------------------------- JCE 1.2 is available within the U.S. and Canada only. It may not be exported outside the U.S. or Canada. When you downloaded the software and agreed to the terms of the license, you agreed to comply with all U.S. laws and regulations concerning export of this software. Be aware that if you export this software outside the U.S. or Canada, you are liable of violating U.S. laws.
