Software Description: - openssh: secure shell (SSH) for secure access to remote machines Details: It was discovered that the OpenSSH ssh-agent incorrectly handled memory. A remote attacker able to connect to the agent could use this issue to cause it to crash, resulting in a denial of service, or possibly execute arbitrary code. Update instructions: The problem can be corrected by updating your system to the following package versions: Ubuntu 20.10: openssh-client 1:8.3p1-1ubuntu0.1 Ubuntu 20.04 LTS: openssh-client 1:8.2p1-4ubuntu0.2 In general, a standard system update will make all the necessary changes.
