A security issue affects these releases of Ubuntu and its derivatives:

- Ubuntu 12.04 ESM

Summary:

ICU could be made to crash or run arbitrary code as your login
if it received specially crafted input.

Details:

USN-3458-1 fixed a vulnerability in ICU. This update
provides the corresponding update for Ubuntu 12.04 ESM.

A possibly cause it to crash or potentially execute arbitrary code with
A the privileges of the user invoking the program.

Update instructions:

The problem can be corrected by updating your system to the following
package versions:
