This fixes two vulnerabilities, which can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a vulnerable system. 1) A boundary error within the "url::get_pac()" function when handling the proxy.pac auto-configuration file from a remote server can be exploited to cause a stack-based buffer overflow via a Man-in-the-Middle (MitM) attack. 2) An error within the "px_pac_reload()" function when handling the Content-Length header while downloading a proxy.pac auto-configuration file can be exploited to cause a heap-based buffer overflow via a Man-in-the-Middle (MitM) attack. Successful exploitation of these vulnerabilities may allow execution of arbitrary code. SOLUTION: Apply updated packages via the zypper package manager.
