This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected site. 2) Certain input passed via templates is not properly sanitised before being returned to the user. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected site. 3) The application allows users to perform certain actions via HTTP requests without performing proper validity checks to verify the requests. This can be exploited to e.g. execute arbitrary script code when a logged-in user visits a specially crafted web page. 4) An error within the commenting and the community scripts can be exploited to hijack another user's session 5) Certain input passed via the file management system is not properly verified before being used. This can be exploited to inject and execute arbitrary commands. Successful exploitation of this vulnerability requires privileges to upload files through the administrative interface. Please see the vendor's advisory for a list of affected products and versions. SOLUTION: Update to version 5.13, 5.07, or 4.38. PROVIDED AND/OR DISCOVERED BY: 1) The vendor credits Trustwave. 2-5) Reported by the vendor.
