The vulnerability is caused due to access permissions not being enforced for the "Recent forwards", "Most forwarded", and "Dynamic Block" blocks. This can be exploited to disclose node titles of otherwise restricted nodes. The vulnerability is reported in versions prior to 6.x-1.21 and versions prior to 7.x-1.3.
