DESCRIPTION:
IBM has acknowledged a vulnerability in IBM Telelogic License Server
and IBM Rational License Server, which can be exploited by malicious
people to compromise a vulnerable system.

SOLUTION:
Upgrade to version 8.1.2 and apply fix.
