The vulnerability is caused due to an error within the failover mechanism when handling openwire connection requests, which can be exploited to trigger an exception and crash the broker service. The vulnerability is reported in versions 5.2.0 and 5.5.0. Other versions may also be affected. SOLUTION: Fixed in the SVN repository.
