Input passed to the "num" parameter in index.cgi (when "action" is set to "view", "type" is set to "XferLOG" or "XferErr", and "host" is set to a valid host) is not properly sanitised before being returned to the user in View.pm. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected site. The vulnerability is reported in version 3.2.1. Prior versions may also be affected. SOLUTION: Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly sanitised.
