Input passed via the "comment" parameter to index.php (when "page" is set to "video_player", "video_id" is set to a valid value, and "submit_comment" is set to "yes") is not properly sanitised before being used. This can be exploited to insert arbitrary HTML and script code, which will be executed in a user's browser session in context of an affected site when the malicious data is being viewed. The vulnerability is confirmed in version 1.8. Other versions may also be affected. SOLUTION: Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly sanitised.
