Certain input passed to the URL after index.php to the frontend is not properly sanitised in the "getPageIdFromURL()" function in system/modules/frontend/Frontend.php before being returned to the user when the automatic URL construction feature is used (e.g. "Article Teaser"). This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected site. The vulnerability is confirmed in version 2.10.1. Prior versions may also be affected. SOLUTION: Update to version 2.10.2.
