REMOTE ENTRY INTO THE SHOUTCAST STREAMING MP3/AUDIO SERVER

PROGRAM FAULTS IN THE SHOUTCAST SERVER:  www.shoutcast.com
- There is a remote vulnerability on the shoutcast servers behalf.
- This vulnerability occurs on an "admin" page that you may access by 
opening a browser-
   window.

- Now from here it is probable that you could use a program such as wwwhack 
or any
   other remote pass login cracker to try to gain access to the shout cast 
server.
- The "admin" user interface is extremly easy to use and you wont have any 
problem with it.
- Once you gain entrance to the restricted admin area you can kick users and 
view the log
   files.
- Once you have the password for the shoutcast server you can use your 
computer to
   administrate or be the DJ for that particualar server.

MISC INFO:
- The generic port number for shoutcast servers is 8000.
- I wouldnt try this on any company shoutcast servers seeing they might get 
very mad.
- I nor Root Access can be held responsible for what actions you take from
