This fixes two security issues, which can be exploited by malicious, local users to cause a DoS (Denial of Service). The security issues are caused due to the "mount.cifs" and "umount.cifs" utilities not properly taking resource limits into account when e.g. adding new file system descriptions to "/etc/mtab", which can be exploited to e.g. corrupt the "/etc/mtab" file by setting a low RLIMIT_FSIZE limit. SOLUTION: Apply updated packages via the yum utility ("yum update cifs-utils").
