Input passed via the "path" parameter to dl.php is not properly sanitised in include/command.php before being used as a command line argument and can be exploited to inject arbitrary shell commands. Successful exploitation requires the "$config->allowDownload()" option to be enabled in include/config.php (disabled by default). The vulnerability is confirmed in version 2.3.2 running on Windows. Other versions may also be affected. SOLUTION: Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly sanitised.
