This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected site. 2) Certain unspecified input passed to the URL query string in timthumb.php is not properly sanitised before being returned to the user. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected site. 3) The application handles overly large remote image data improperly, which can be exploited to cause a DoS. 4) The application processes overly large image dimensions being passed to the image resizing functionality improperly, which can be exploited to cause a DoS. SOLUTION: Update to the latest version. PROVIDED AND/OR DISCOVERED BY: 1) A TimThumb customer within a bug report. 2-4) Disclosed in SVN commits.
