The Privacy patch for Pine 4.50 allows you to conceal or modify Sender/X-Sender Headers which reveal your real user information when using roles. Also removes Pine version, and OS from Message-ID, and default host.

Execution Path Timing Analysis of Unix Daemons - White paper on how to determine if a username is valid remotely by timing remote responses of login programs. OpenSSH diff against v2.99p2 which determines if a username exists even on the newest versions of OpenSSH included.

Nmap 3.10 ALPHA 4 Statistics Patch

The Nmap 3.10ALFA Statistics Patch adds the -c switch which guesses how much longer the scan will take, shows how many ports have been tested, resent, and the ports per second rate. Useful for scanning firewalled hosts.

Lsrscan scans remote hosts to determine if the will reverse source routed connections, and hence are vulnerable to spoofing attacks.

Changes: Version 0.5 allows scanning of multiple arbitrary CIDR blocks, and allows insertion of intermediate hops to obfuscate the originating scanner.

Web Hack Control Center v0.63beta is a spin off of Nikto's Web Scanner but runs on Windows. Scanner and Web Browser wrapped up into one. Contains a database of over 1500 web vulnerabilities. Prop's to Chris at CIRT.Net for the exploits database.
